phone calls come through, but we can’t hear the people or they can’t hear us.

My phone seems to work for a couple of minutes and then the sound starts to degrade. I don’t think it’s been fixed.

It’s happening to my wife’s phone as well on the same network not likely the problem. Thank you for the suggestion.
