I keep getting the message that it's an invalid iMEI number when I'm trying to transfer my old phone number

@Dee63 , please call the porting team number in the link below to have the problem corrected. I don't think you can submit the port again yourself.

@Dee63 Best to just use old providers account number and avoid the IMEI . It’s not needed and often causes issues . No worries thou I’ll private message you the porting team number . Give them a call they can re trigger the port request and just use old provider account number . Leaving old providers sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port number to public mobile

PM porting support team can help. Instead of IMEI, give them the account number of your old carrier. I have sent you the porting support team number. Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call
