Confirmation about transferring number

I've recently transferred my number into public network. But I did not get any confirmation message from public mobile. What sbould I do?

Hello @SOHAN5767 

You do not get the confirmation from Public Mobile. You get a message from the other provider and you must say yes within 90 minutes. If you say yes, then you should see the name of your provider at the top of the phone disappear and go into SOS mode. Then you take out your old providers SIM card and then place the Public Mobile SIM card into your phone and reboot. You should be up and running.
