I bought the add on with 300 international minutes and I am not able to call to Romania.

should be 011 first

this is how to call Romania

011 - Canada exit code to dial first when calling international
40 - Romania country code must be dialed next
Mobile Code** - Romania mobile code must be dialed next
011 + 40 + Mobile Code** + Local Number - Overall dialing format

Yes, I can see the add on in My Account Addon list .

I dial with the prefix 0040 eg: 004xxxxxxxxxxxx

May I know how you dial the number?  and you see the addon on your My Account Addon list?
