When you request plan change, there ware 2 options:
Change plan now
Change plan on renewal date
Which one you chose?

@Som86 Login to My Account using Incognito mode and check again
Also, did you click Change plan now or Change Plan on renewal date?
If you need the plan change now, yes, click Change Plan Now.
Go to Payment History page to confirm if PM charged you
But please note that PM will charge you new plan price now and the unused days on the old pay cycle will be forfeited, no partial refund

Try again incognito mode/private mode or a different device or lap top or simply try refreshing the page when logged in
For most up to date account info
