@Lalbhujel If you ordered a SIM card note in can take up to 3 weeks to arrive and there wouldn’t be a tracking for such … if you need one sooner try local Telus Koodo store for in person pick up

@Lalbhujel - for a SIM card or phone?
If a SIM card, these normally come to you via Canada Post letter mail. Normally 7-10 working days to you.
If for a Phone, did you receive an email? Check your spam/junk folder.
If the SIM card (or phone) has been order over 10 working days and you are looking for an update, you can contact support by these methods here:

Either way, first try to check your email. You should receive an email from PM about your order
If you cannot find that, you can open ticket with PM Support, message them directly, they can look up via email address you used or credit card:
