Can Us long distance minutes be used to call within Canada?

In the rewards section there are 1000 US long distance minutes. I have a plan that had limited Canada minutes. Can the US calling minutes be used to call within Canada and the US when my plan minutes are used yo?

I was hoping I can use the us for both so I can just get one since it is the same price per min

The 1000 minutes USA calling can only be used while in Canada to the USA. If you used up your Canadian calling…that is it. You will need to purchase the 300 Canada wide talk booster for $5.

you'd be able to call US only, when your regular plan minutes run out. You can buy a 500 minutes of Canada wide calling add-on for $5 tho.
