I thank you so much for your help! I was able to successfully resolve my problem using the direct messaging to a CS agent. Your links were incredibly helpful! So grateful!

if possible, try your sim card on another phone

or ask PM to check the account for you.   submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

So you're sure you bought the Canada wide Talk Booster for $5 ? Log in on the app to confirm you got the correct add-on, successfully. It should work if you did.

And yes I am on the 15$ plan.

It must be a technical issue because I can receive incoming calls but I am unable to make outgoing calls. I always get the message I have run out of minutes.
