Frustrated by getting the eSIM working but support was quick to respond and resolve

Service not cheap lol.
But did you check your phone to see if perhaps the eSIM is there? Cheeck for Public Mobile SIM in your phone settings. Sometimes it hides there and you have to enable it or click turn on this line. Also make sure that previous SIM is removed or disabled.
