I cannot receive incoming call and text message

hi @oliveyuen 

are you new customer who just requested porting your number into PM?

if porting involved , did you get a text from the old carrier, did you reply Yes within 90 mins?

and can you receive inbound phone calls, especially from Non-Telus/Koodo/PM phone?  If you cannot the port was not done

It could be an incomplete port.  PM porting support team can help.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage), check for the number and call

Are you a new customer?  Did you just port over your number from another mobile carrier?

You may want to go into your settings and make sure "unknown callers" isn't turned on. That's a feature with iPhone and most recent updates can affect incoming calls.

I using iPhone 16, reboot 3 times already, cannot received the text message won't able to login the apps

did this just start happening or have you recently ported your number to your new Public Mobile account ?

Have you tried rebooting your phone? Have you dialled 611 to see if you're paid up? Logged into your account to see if your invoice was paid? What phone are you using?  Did you just sign up or long term customer. Any info you share can help other members like you help you.
