@munroek   Yeah, you need to add the CC yourself as noted above.  Make sure to clear browser cache/cookies and use incognito mode before adding the CC.  Also make sure the name/address match exactly as what's on your CC statement.  Edit: no spaces for postal code.

Finally, enable autopay after adding the card to get the $2/30 day discount.

@munroek   You can logon to My Account and update the credit card using Payment Tab:

Click Manage My card at the bottom, then click Replace this credit card

Once the credit card is updated,  you can then go back to the Payment Tab, click One Time Payment and try try to pay by Amount Due.  Or you can leave it with Autopay if your due date is just coming up and  your Autopay is enabled
