clearly they are not the same as the account name (email address) and password on the account.
on the community page if i hit create account it takes me directly to the community help page.
so i can't for the life of me submit a ticket--lacking a community username and password.

you need to login with your community user name: aaaaaaaaaaa.... then password. last login when submitting a ticket is your email address and password for the self serve.

Don't worry you will be contacted pretty soon by triggering the smut filter. After you apologize for venting your frustration you can probably pull a sneaky and get the CSA to address your login issue.

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
But if you want to reset your My Account login, you can also do this using Chatbot
use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

Look through your email accounts for the welcome message from PM and then you can use the Forgot your password link. You would have entered this information when activating your PM SIM card.
