App stuck on login loop. Not able to activate e-sim

Every time I try to login on the app, it sends be back to the login screen after inputting my username and password. I'm not able to even activate my e-sim. 

I tried uninstalling the app, restarting the phone and re-installing the app.

Can I get a QR code to activate/download the e-sim?
