You can get the 2FA code sent by text if your account is active to access your account.
If you didn’t get the 2FA code by email then your email is not registered in the system.
Contact a CS_Agent to have your email changed in the system.
Type in Submit a Ticket on SIMon Chatbot or private message an agent on the envelope icon above.

hi @vunzthegameryt maybe there was a typo somewhere when you registered.
Just submit a ticket with CS agent, they will get this resolved
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
