i have subscribe the plan, and paid. and want the physical sim card, but i never got one, can company send me a other one thank you. and i never get my order number, how to get the order number.

Public mobiles does not send order number information. No tracking information. Usually via Canada Post.
When did you purchase your SIM card? It takes 1-2 business days to process and up to 10 business days to arrive. If more than 10 business days, contact customer service agent as discussed earlier.

Contact customer support for approval to purchase a Sim card from a corporate Telus/Koodo retail location, Mobile Klinik store or order online from Amazon if you have a Prime membership (for free shipping) or try online at Canadian Cell Supplies if you are in the GTA to get a Sim card much faster. Once you activate it you contact support again with your reciept and they will credit your account $10.
