@stevelindsay try to reseat the sim card once more time or test in another phone
Even it does not help, no worry, it should be just sim provisioning issue. Easy fix for PM support, just need to open ticket with them by direct message here:
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
