- I want to activate 2 cell phones with you and want to talk to a live person to get clarification of a couple of questions. I have filled out all the necessary information required on the internet and am ready to click the pay button. I called your phone number several times and the MACHINE directs me to the internet. If public mobile customer service does not allow customers to talk to a live person when necessary, then please let me know and I will activate with a different company. Customer service is important to me.....Thanks....Jim

1. There is no live person here. Everything is self serve. Customer service is done through private messages and can take hours to get a response. Not sure what number you're calling but PM doesn't have one.
2 You have to sign up via the app on your phone.
You may wish to try Koodo or Telus.
