I have a credit balance of one account, that will expire in a month. How can I transfer it to another account that I have on Public Mobile ?

Why is it going to expire? Are you abandoning the account? If so then private message me....

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

Sorry, you can’t transfer credits to another account. If it is not too late, you can remove the CC or AutoPay so you won’t be charge for next month.

@JWY You mean your account will be closed in a month because you're porting out or just don't need it anymore?
PM is prepaid and will usually not do fund transfers although I do think, IIRC, that kind of request has occasionally been accommodated and would depend upon the circumstances and where the credit balance is from.
You can always submit a ticket to customer support via chatbot bottom right of screen and see what the response is. Second option is to send a private message to CS_Agent via the envelope icon top right. Good luck.
