I have 3 phone lines currently with koodo.I want to switch to PM with the Canada,US,Mexico $35 plan.How do I go about doing this for all lines?Can I keep the same numbers?Is there any difference between the koodo 5g plan and PM's 5g plan?Can I get the sim cards from mobile clinic in Brandon MB?If I sign up is the cost going to change in a year like Koodo?What is the difference between Koodo's plan and yours?Do you guys have any phone support or all online?

@jamiei

The coverage is the same as Koodo since PM and Koodo are under the Telus umbrella and utilize the Telus cell towers and Bell towers.

My suggestion is to port the 2 secondary numbers first before porting the primary number but remember to use the Referral code of the first ported account for a $10 credit.

I have a 5G plan with Koodo just wondered if it had the same coverage and from what fixin1 said it is.Koodo upped our plans again and prior to this so did Telus so PM not upping the costs is a great bonus.Thanks for the info.

@jamiei - Yes, you can get the SIMS in any Mobile Klinik store.

If it is Koodo Prepaid you will need to contact an agent for the ports to finish (Link at the bottom)

If Koodo Postpaid you enter account number, phone number, and reply YES to each phone and wait 10 mins for the port to finish.

Public Mobile's support is all online, via this community and through the agents.
You will also need to have separate emails per account / number (iCloud Hide My Email works really well for this purpose)

Your bill will never, or rarely, increase, apart from if your province / federal government increases the tax. Koodo plans offer only 4G right now, compared to Public's 5G, which makes it faster. No Wifi calls, Call Block, nor roaming outside USA and MEX.

Yes you can keep your numbers.

Is there a difference in the plan? No idea I don't know what plan you have an what you want to change to.

I'm guessing you mean network it's the same telus

Cost never changes.

Some telus store sell them or Amazon not sure where else other then pm itself.

All support is online through tickets like email
