To create your Self-Serve account, you will need:

  • A valid email address: if you ordered your SIM card online or already have a Community account, we recommend using the same email address you used for those. Your Community and Self-Serve email addresses must match in order to earn Community Rewards.
  • Your Public Mobile phone number.

If you activated in-store, a self-serve account would not have been created.  

 

In order to create one, click here:

Did you activate in store or online at home?  

If you activated at home, you would have initially set up your self service account when you first activated your SIM card.  You would have chosen your email as login and your password already.  

If you activated in store, you would have to go home and activate your own self service account.
