Hello,
As I was activating my account as a new user, I mistakenly selected ESIM and then went ahead to complete the transaction. I subscribed to the 45$ bundle.
Now how can I retrieve that transaction and select a SIM card since I have a new SIM ready to activate?

please remove your email address
Get a sim first
Then if you can login My Account, go to Profile page to update the sim to the physical sim number. Reboot phone and done 🙂

@EMMA356 did you complete the eSIM installation and the phone works?
if eSIM installation fails,, youu can still use physical sim card. You just need to buy one from stores/online and ask support to change it to complete the activation
To get the physical sim card:
get a Public Mobile sim card from
Once you got it, Message support here and ask them to update the account with the new sim card number to complete the activation:

@EMMA356 If you have already been charged and created account with eSIM and want to change it to physical sim . Do this in your my account profile page
