Only agent can reset your PIN. They cannot see it thus cannot tell you existing so you have to provide (and remember!) new one.

To update or change your pin...you'll need to get CSA assistance. Top of page, click Get Help / Chat with Simon to start the process. Watch the envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.
