Hello,
I switched over from bell about 20 days ago and was told this message would leave on its own…
“This number is registered to your Apple ID, but is not associated with this phone. You can keep using the number for Imessage and FaceTime until it expires. "
I have about 5 days left and I’ve tried a lot of solution on here. Network reset, message and FaceTime on/off and rebooting the phone but nothing seems to be working unfortunately.

first, click Reset Network Settings and check if it works
if same, then go to Settings and manually remove the phone number there. Reboot phone and go back to the settings to enter the phone number again to force a iMessage re-registration
