what you meant by reset login info? reset password or the login email ?
if you want to reset login email, just login first and go to Manage EverSafe ID on Profile to update. If you want to reset password, just click the password reset link there

@muzmarisa2 if you go into your PM account, go into the "Account" tab and then go into the "Manage Login (Secured by EverSafe) section, there you will be able to change password, email etc

so, you have problem logging in and need password reset ?
Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
