I lost my credit card and requested a new card as a result. My account has been put on hold since then and I'm trying to reconnect my service with an updated credit card. I've been at this now for over a week and have had no success. How do I reconnect my service?

@Dstill Here's a link with where you can buy voucher. If you have a new credit card, you should be able to activate your account when you login online.

Ok good. You have an account still. I do suggest buying a voucher while you wait. You can buy vouchers online at recharge.com or muskbird.com (amongst others). muskbird also has an RTR option that will deposit money straight into your account.

I've tried calling the *611 and it says my service is suspended and recommends I do all the things I've already tried.

How long ago did you last pay? If over 120 days (4 months) then the account is dead. But the voucher can work for you while you wait for support to get you going in your account.

Login to My Account, then you can click Pay Now and resume service to reactivate it
if you have trouble with the 2FA , click Didn't receive code and then select Send email
if you are still unable to login , please submit ticket with CS agent here

@Dstill Buy payment vouchers and load them *611 or get support to help you update credit card info if you can’t log into update it yourself
