Contact your Financial Institution as they should refund fraudulent charges. If a known person used your card, then it’s on you.

I guess the first thing we need to know is are you, or anyone in your group of people, utilizing Public Mobile as a mobile service provider?
If so, log on the self-serve to see which account and number the payment was for. Probably just a renewal amount.
If not, contact the credit card company and dispute the charge.

Are you or someone of your family is PM customer and using MasterCard to pay? $45.20 is $40.00 plan plus 13% tax.

PM does not provide refund except for US add-on not working (at their discretion).
If you suspect somebody is using and abusing your credit card talk to you bank.
Be aware if you ask for chargeback from your bank regarding charges form PM your account will be in jeopardy.
