how to get refund from public mobile when you over charge me?

I did not know well how to use add on! So I had made the  purchase add on roaming fee in US for 10 days from may 27 2022 to June 03 2022  of  $21 dollars twice.  And Public mobile also charged me the 3rd time on Jun 03, 2022 of another $21 roaming fee.. Together i get charged totally for $63 dollars!  I don't think it's right. I want public mobile refunds $42 dollars to me ! Thanks

Could you provide an image of your payment history. The system only takes money at renewal. You otherwise have to deposit money yourself.

 another system glitch??  seems like a common issue last couple days.

 

Hi @LyMacSau83 , Should be an easy ask, just open ticket with PM.

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. start by typing : Contact CS Agent
  2. then Click "Contact Us"
  3. then Click "Other"
  4. finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
    you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Thee is no such thing as 'roaming fee' at PM. You either have service or not. At it will not work in US unless you have US add-on.

 

If you see monies on your account, leave them there - it will be used for next renewal.

If you still want your money back, contact agent.

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
