how do i reach a CS Agent?? I can't submit tickets I keep on getting error message

As per title, having a really frustrating time reaching a live agent and every time i try to submit a ticket i get this message:

OOPS! WE ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST.

Can i get an actual person to speak to?

For future reference, PM is completely online so you can only communicate by private messaging.

@hazim1  They should reply with in the hour and ask you some verification questions to start before helping , just keep an eye on your community in nov . Tap your avatar and you will see messages or if on desk top you should see a envelope top of page light up

you can engage support by messaging them there:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
 
But, maybe you can also share your problem and we can try to help
