Click on the try again button just loop to the same error message.

could be just overnight maintenance of the site and it was down. Please try again now using both browser and app and it should work now

@Sing_Say Try with new browser window and use incognito mode private mode .or try another device . Can also try using the PM app instead also . If still not luck after all that
submit ticket with support using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send direct private message to support .
