how do i get my phone number but cant log into my account, because it says subscription error.

I've been trying to get my account phone number and complete account activation, but everytime its says subscription error, and i cant do anything about it. after i get my account i want a refund.

@justinlin sometimes they can and forth messaging with support is quick , others times takes bit of time if you go more then 2 hours with out response back after having already had communication then I would just nudge them again to see what’s next

nice  they replyed back with some information did needed to help, but now they aren't replying anymore

@justinlin  Your community in box is top of page on computer or if on phone tap your avatar and drop down menu will show messages tap it

ok thank you, i already sent one to a agent today at 1 o'clock but they still haven't replied yet, so i don't know how much longer ill have to wait.

they already charged me, but every time i try to submit a ticket it says error.
