I am unsucessful in trying to get into my account. I have a new email address
and I am unable to get into my account to update it because my old email address thats linked to my account dont exit anymore. so frustrating.

Is your account active? If so send the 2FA verification code to your phone. Regardless only customer support can change your email address. If 2FA isn't the issue rather you know your login credentials but get an error message because you are using mobile to log in.....use a desktop or laptop computer to log in.

Please submit ticket at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Can you use text two factor authorization (2FA) instead of email to get into your account?
If not, then you will need to submit a ticket for customer service agent help.
