I have been through 4 attempts to "submit a ticket". A hopeless exercise. Is there another way to contact the company, or alternative do I go to CRTC?

He called CCTS as CRTC too. You can private message a CS_Agent by clicking on your avatar top right then Messages.

while you wait for CSA to help...let us know the nature of your PM problem. We can usually help long before the Customer Support gets to it...unless it's an account issue !

The CTRC does not regulate mobile service provider concerns.
The CCTS does.
We’re just other customers on here like you, so that veiled comment doesn’t mean a lot to any of us. 🙂
Indeed, their stupid Chatbot ticketing process has been malfunctioning for 6+ months and there doesn’t seem to be a lot of progress on repairing it, so the only way to contact them is by the means provided above.
