I wanted to activate with Public Mobile and they charged me 40$ right away(since when do we pay the service immediately??) anyways i payed and the remove the money from my account and when i tried to continue the activation it asked me to pay again??? I want a refund and i dont plan on continuing with this company

PM is prepaid service and yes, they will charge you first and you can then use the service for the next 30 days
During the activation process, they will charge you midway, then after they charged you , you will need to use the app to continue the activation process (pick phone number)
if you think PM charged you twice, check your credit card first as one of the two might be just a pending charge.

@PatrickPirrus public mobile is pre paid service not post paid like Telus and Koodo . But I don’t think you will be charged twice and if you have please submit ticket with support
