Yes. I re-submitted the ticket and got processed this morning. Please go to your private message with the agent. I think here is the public communication for general questions.
Sign in your account click "community" and then click the "envelope" to see the private message.

We are all members like you on this Community forum so we can’t check on the status of your ticket.
Keep your eyes on the message icon on the top left. If there isn’t a notification then click on your avatar then there should be a notification in Messages folder.

Hello! Everyone that posts on these forums are customers just like you so unfortunately we are unable to look into your ticket for you.
But what you can do is send a message to customer service via the community mailbox and an agent can look into this for you.
