I submitted a ticket yesterday asking for my puk code.
I heard nothing back. Submitted another one today at day 12pm.
Still have not heard anything as of yet. Do they always take this long to resolve an issue?

@trusssss If you don't see an envelope icon to indicate your inbox, we don't all see it depending on device, then tap on your avatar to see Messages. I've seldom needed them but when I have they have typically responded within the hour.

@trusssss usually 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Did you check the inbox by the envelope ✉️ for response?
If nothing send another.

Because it's boxing week, it may take longer to reply to you. However, an Oracle said yesterday they are up to speed right now so it should have been answered within 2 hours. If you don't hear again by noon tomorrow, do one more ticket with the words 3rd follow up within 72 hours. If you don't get a response, I'd suggest sharing your concerns with the CCTS. There is no reason a person should wait 48 hours to get a PUK code.
