I am trying to port out my number but PM has neither sent me an SMS confirmation nor did they respond when I opened a ticket.

If you are porting out of PM then your new carrier is to contact PM to resend the confirmation text.
But if you are porting into PM then you need to contact a CS_Agent through the Chat bubble and have them resend the text to your old carrier.
In both cases, the old account must be active so don’t cancel service. It cancelled once you port over automatically.

If you PM service active? Need an active (versus suspended) service to port out.
If your service is active, keep your PM SIM card in your phone. Contact your new carrier and ask them to resend the port request. Use your PM account number, account holder name and phone number. Avoid using IME for port request information.
