Thanks eddieO. Chat agent page says no agents available every time. As for direct messages I've sent some but no idea where they go or how to see any reply (which at this point seems very unlikely). Ticket entry page is also a bust - for esim it says enter n/a but it does not accept n/a and all info must be completed to enter ticket.

Thanks BKNS27. I tried to port my existing number from Virgin. I never got an SNS text about that from Virgin. All I got from a Public Mobile was activation failed athletics took my money. Now I can’t find any chat agent and I can’t get any tickets. And I can’t cancel my account.

Did you port your old number over to PM or did you pick a new number?
If you are porting over, did you reply with YES to the text from your old carrier that you are porting over to PM. There is a 90 minute window for you to reply or porting will be in limbo.
In either case contact a CS_Agent to complete the porting for you.
