I got an email that my ESN/MEID are not correct, Im trying to contact someone but Im not able to create a ticket, there’s an error each time

don't try ticket, too slow. There is a porting team to call and get it resolved. I will send you the number. Check Community inbox

There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
