Hi,
I'm trying to subscribe, but my valid TD visa debit card is not accepted. The error says credit card is not accepted or something similar.
I cannot message anyone to get support. CS_agent name is not found and I cannot send a private massage to support. Can I get support by email or talk to a human?

Yes, TD Visa debit would work.
Please wait at least 24 hours before you try again. Try using a differ email address to create another PM account. And make sure you subscribe via the Public Mobile app and not the browser
If you are activating account with a physical sim card, try to download the app on a different phone and start subscription there (but if you are activating account with eSIm, then ONLY use the phone which you would like to have the eSIm installed)

Unfortunately, a few customers are still having issues with updating credit card information.
You can also try with PM app (with locator on). If via website, you can also try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try a different credit card (if available).
