I accidentally deleted my PM eSIM off my phone and now I can’t receive the OTP to log in to my account

Did you click on "Didn't get the code" link?
If you can not receive 2FA email code, then you will need to private message customer service agent:

Please do not send any specific account information to the member with the username of Agent. Agent is a not a Public Mobile employee. As for logging in, please use the resend code/didn't get the code button to have the 2FA code sent to e-mail.
