After activating the service today my SIM is not bring recognized by my phone.

I need my money back. I paid 50 dollars + taxes for a service I connotación use.

We understand your frustration.  

Customer service agent hours of operation:

Monday to Sunday: 9 AM to 10 PM EST

Usually take 1-2 hours to respond to ticket.  During weekend, the wait times are usually longer (likely due to lower staffing).

You are right my level of frustration was so high that i did not realized that the only person to blame was myself for being so dumb and trust in this company. I guess that 57 CAD is the price I had to pay to learn my lesson.

I already open like 3 tickets and I message them like 3 times. And I got no response at all.

I apologize for being rude at the wrong people.

Thanks to all that tried to help me here

You have to understand we are just customers like you in this community. There is no point to repeat the same message and hence Oracle will move those away.

And in your case, it was a very simple thing that usually do not need to ask for refund.  It was just a sim provisioning problem and PM can fix it.    If you want to get your issue resolved or get refunded, you need to message PM and ask them.  This is not something  we in this community can help and there is not point to be frustrated at the people who tried to help you

Hello @Jorgefdez205 

You need to restart your phone. If that doesn't work, then go into your network settings and reset them. Sometimes older providers information is still in there and it needs to be clear. If you still need help, CS reps can be contacted this way.
