i did not get my bonus data and long distance that i always recieved in december

If the holiday gifts don't arrive in your account, then starting on December 16 try to reach out to a Customer Support Agent and ask them to apply them to your account manually.

 

Use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started first.,to contact a CSA

Today was the last day for text notification for the More is Merrier promo.

You should contact a CS_Agent by SIMon Chatbot and create a ticket on the bottom of the page or private message on the envelope icon above.

Staff is off right now. Their hours is 6:00am to 10:00pm EST but put in your request and they will get back to you tomorrow morning.
