For the More is merrier Christmas reward for existing customers, it says
For current customers, your rewards are ready and waiting. Just reply YES2 to the text we sent you before December 31st, 2022.
The only messages I have received from them are my billing message. I have scrolled through all of my messages but i did not receive a promotional message to reply YES2 to. I tried to check on my account if there was something i didnt enable to be able to receive the promotional message but i was unable to find anything.

First try replying YES2 to 4911
If that doesn't work then try reaching out to a Customer Support Agent, starting on December 16 to ask them to add the Holiday gifts to your account manually.
Use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started first.

If the above suggestion does not work, you can contact customer service agent. CSA will manually add the promo add ons.

CSA may ask a few questions to verify account ownership and then should be able to help you. Response times can take a few hours. Check your private message inbox (envelope in upper right corner of website).
