I'm trying to switch providers and am shopping around. I am trying to leave public but when I tried porting my number, i got a message that says "your current provider tells us you already have a port request open with another provider". can you please help me cancel my port request?

Hi dmrls28,
If you did not reply to the port request text, it will automatically expire after 90 minutes. Subsequently, as mentioned you can reply No to the text to cancel.

maybe you have requested porting twice?
but you can ask support agent to confirm if there is any pending port out request.
