Hi everyone,
i recently bought a Samsung a13 phone from PM phone section, but i never receive the free sim card with in the package, i remember i saw:
"Free Public Mobile SIM Card included with each purchase of a Certified Pre-Owned phone."
How can i get the sims card back, do i need to contact CSA and request for one back?

@computergeek541 , @Meowington That's probably what happened, cus I had to go back and forth until the free sim card eventually showed up with the phone order

Was the SIM card in the cart during checkout? If it wasn't added, the shipping department wouldn't know to include it.

@Meowington You should have gotten a free sim card too. I did.
Ask a PM customer Support agent to send you one.
