i recently bought a Samsung a13 phone from PM phone section, but i never receive the free sim card with in the package, i remember i saw:
"Free Public Mobile SIM Card included with each purchase of a Certified Pre-Owned phone."
How can i get the sims card back, do i need to contact CSA and request for one back?
