forgot user name and password

Hi

I forgot my Account log in info username and password. How can i get it?

Please guide me.

 @thakkarhetal81 : If you've received any emails from Public Mobile like the Telus health marketing or a survey or promos then that inbox email address would also be your account email address login id.

As mentioned, emails from the community _might_ be the same but might not be but certainly worth the try in the Forgot your password? link.

There's no other method of finding your account email address except the aforementioned moderator.

As mentioned before, if you don't remember the email address (user id), you will need to wait for moderator response.  

@thakkarhetal81  You could try looking for your welcoming email when you setup your account.

If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator.

It may take up to 48 hours. Keep an eye on the envelope icon in the top right hand corner of this page for a reply from the moderators.

Unfortunately i forgot my both Account log in user name and password. So i wont be able to log in. I want to retrieve this info User name and password. i do not know how to get it?

Your username is your email address.

 

It could be the one you used to set up your community account - to see what that is, click on your avatar in the top right and select my settings - the email address for your community account is there.

 

Then you can use the forgot password option.

Your self serve username is the e-mail address that you used. If you don't know that, you'll need to go to  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html . After you open that link, type in "password".  Moderators can also change the e-mail address if you require that to be done.

If you look through your email accounts you might find the Welcome message from PM and then you can use the Forgot your password link, otherwise do the following:

 

Contact a moderator (Public Mobile representative) for assistance:

(second option below is easiest to submit a ticket)

 @thakkarhetal81 : If you still have the welcome email from here from when you signed up then that's your login. Then you can use the Forgot your password? link to get  your password reset.
