You can find your devices data counter in your general settings under data depending on the phone and model.

If you're contacting mods through SIMon make sure to tell the bot that you want to talk to a person pronto so you don't get stuck in a circle trying it the same things. I'd suggest pm.

If your daughter has multiple emails under the same provider, you can typically search through all of your separate email inboxes at once. For example, on Gmail click the ask inboxes option and search "public mobile"
