forgot my email which one i used for my account

hi i remember my number but forgot the email address i have 2 accounts but i can access only one account and not able to use my other account any suggessions

@twistedboom  the "remember my number" throws me a bit.

 

Is this an account that is Active or Suspended?

 

NOTE, After 90 days of suspended/non-payment status, your account will be permanently deactivated, which means you will:

1-Lose access to your phone number (and Self Serve account), any rewards or Available Funds balance that was in your account at time of suspension, and won’t be able to transfer the phone number to a new provider in the future.

2-Need a new Public Mobile SIM card if you decide to activate a new Public Mobile account.

 

 

If account has not been suspended for over 90 days, and an account was never set up, then you can register for one here:  https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent ,and Explain your issue to 
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

and them will Change email and reset password for you,

Definitely did not tagged you directly and would never do as I use your posts as textbooks to learn more about PM and phones in general.

also, some people use email alias to create a 2nd My Account, any chance you used this trick?

 @Meow : I know you didn't tag me directly but it's just the way it is. Some people do search. I think that's how they post in existing threads. Others just want the fast answer to get on with their lives. And hey...it keeps us busy. 🙂

This kind of question pop up almost on a daily basis.

Why it is difficult to search through Community first before asking question(s)?

Try looking for your welcoming email when you setup your account.  If you still need assistance then submit a ticket.

 @twistedboom : Look in all your email inboxes for the welcome email from when you activated. Maybe even some marketing emails.
