Has anyone resolved the Forbidden A1 problem? I have cleared the cache/ cookies and it is still a problem. I can't access my account even though my credit card was charged. I would like to chat with a live agent, but I can't login to create a ticket, it just says 'forbidden A1'. Help needed!

@Rana7 If you're still having the problem and can't log in send a private message to customer support agents using this link, you only need to be logged in to this community for it to work as it by-passes the chatbot

@Rana7, If you are trying from the web browser try accessing through the PM app or vice versa depending on where you are starting from
