Hello I just tried porting my number and the public mobile app says that it simoply says that something didnt go right when activating my subscription I am unable to contact a customer service agent through the app as I cant authenticate the number associated with the account... as it is partially ported and i only have sos calls

@AllanParker  Try submitting service ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page.  If that doesn't work send a private message to customer service using this link, they will reply at the envelope i con top right or tap your avatar to the right of the bell icon for Messages
